Deployed today. Supported for years.

A security system is only as good as its worst-maintained camera. Support at PARVEK is part of the deployment lifecycle — commissioning, issue resolution, health checks, updates and annual service — not an afterthought sold once something has already stopped working.

What happens after handover

01

Commissioning

Cameras, recording, AI, alerts and every configured response tested with you before handover.

02

Training & Handover

Your security and admin users learn the console, the app and what each alert actually means.

03

Day-to-Day Support

A camera down, a network fault, an alert behaving oddly — raised with us and worked to a fix.

04

Health Checks

Camera health and appliance status monitored, with periodic checks under your service plan.

05

Updates

Improvements to detection and the console applied to your appliance.

06

Plan Renewal

Scope reviewed as the site changes — new cameras, new zones, new capabilities.

Improvements to detection and the console, applied to your appliance.

Camera & Network Service

Cleaning, re-aiming, re-termination and replacement as sites change over time.

Service Plans

Annual service plans scoped to the size and criticality of your deployment.

Systems drift

A video-security deployment is not a one-off purchase that stays correct forever. The site changes around it, and detection quality follows camera condition, aim and lighting.

  • Cameras drift out of aim, get knocked, or get obscured by a growing tree
  • Lighting changes — a new lamp, a removed one, a repainted wall
  • Sites change: a new store room, a relocated dispatch bay, a new shift pattern
  • Staff change, so enrolled people and permitted lists need maintaining
  • Storage fills differently once you know what you actually review
  • Cabling and connectors age, especially outdoors

Something not right with your system?

Email us with the site name and what you are seeing. If you can, include the camera name and roughly when it started — that is usually enough for us to reproduce it before we call back.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a service plan cover?

Scope is agreed per deployment and typically covers periodic health checks, preventive maintenance, issue resolution, software updates and service visits. It is scoped to the size and criticality of your system rather than sold as a single fixed package.

How quickly do you respond?

Response and resolution expectations are set in your service agreement rather than promised generically on a website. We have not defined a public SLA for this market, and we would rather agree something specific with you and meet it than publish a number we have not committed to.

Do you support systems you did not install?

Talk to us. It depends on the equipment, the condition of the cabling and whether the system can be brought onto the PARVEK appliance sensibly. Sometimes the honest answer is that a partial rebuild is cheaper than maintaining what is there.

Is remote support possible?

Where the site has connectivity and you permit it, many issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely, which is faster than waiting for a visit. Sites can also run entirely offline if you prefer.

What if we add cameras later?

New cameras are assessed, installed and brought onto the existing appliance, subject to the configuration having capacity. That is part of what a plan review looks at.

Already have a system that nobody maintains?

Tell us what is installed. We will assess the cameras, cabling and coverage, and tell you honestly what is worth keeping.
