What happens in the two business days?
A person reads what you sent, checks the camera models against what we know, and works out whether your use cases are achievable on that estate. You get a written response — including the parts we think will not work, which is usually the more useful half.
Do you need to visit?
Not for the initial response. Models, counts and screenshots of the views carry most of it. A visit confirms the things a form cannot: the network path, lighting through a real night, mounting, and where response devices would go.
Is the estimate binding?
No. It is indicative until a site assessment confirms camera quality, network, storage, mounting, response hardware and the other site conditions. We would rather revise a number than defend a wrong one.
What if we are early and just budgeting?
That is a good time to ask. An indicative figure and a feasibility read costs you nothing and tells you whether to keep going — and we would rather tell you early that your estate needs work than discover it at quotation.
