Privacy & cookie notice
This covers the parvek.ai website. It is short because the site does very little with your data — there is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on it.

Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party scripts, tag managers, pixels, fonts-with-tracking or embedded players. There is nothing here that follows you between sites.
The only thing stored in your browser is:
- Your acknowledgement of the cookie notice — one entry in
localStorage, so the notice does not reappear on every page. It contains no identifier and is never sent anywhere.
The interactive tools on this site — the camera check, the site assessment and the TCO calculator — run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not stored and not transmitted unless you choose to send it.
Clearing your browser storage removes the acknowledgement, and the notice will appear again. Nothing else is affected.
When you contact us or send an assessment
If you submit a form on this site, the details you enter are relayed to our email inbox at contact@parvek.ai by FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service. That means your submission passes through FormSubmit's servers on its way to us. If you would rather not use a third-party relay, email us directly at the same address instead — it reaches exactly the same place.
We use what you send only to:
- reply to your enquiry;
- prepare the assessment, estimate or proposal you asked for;
- keep a record of the conversation so the next person you speak to has the context.
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you used a calculator.
Asking us to delete your details
Email contact@parvek.ai and ask, and we will delete the enquiry and our correspondence about it. You do not need to give a reason.
Video, footage and customer site data
No video, camera footage, detection data or site data is ever processed by this website. The PARVEK platform runs on an appliance on the customer's own premises, and that data stays under the customer's control there. How it is handled on a deployment is governed by the agreement covering that deployment, not by this notice.
Hosting and server logs
This site is static and served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, it records standard request information such as IP address and user agent in order to serve pages and mitigate abuse. We do not have access to those logs and do not use them for analytics.
Changes to this notice
If we add anything to this site that collects data — analytics included — this notice is updated first and the cookie notice is changed to offer a real choice before anything runs.
