Can the system run fully offline?
Detection, recording and local response are on the appliance and keep working without connectivity. Remote notification requires a network path, but nothing on site depends on one.
What audit trail exists?
Events, the evidence behind them, and the actions taken — acknowledged, resolved, escalated, and by whom. Users and roles determine who can see and do what.
How do you handle sensitive footage?
It stays on the appliance inside your premises, under your retention policy. We do not require a copy, and remote support access is only where you grant it.
Can you support our existing procedures?
Response rules, escalation paths and who gets notified are configured to your procedures rather than imposed. Where you have an incumbent integrator maintaining the estate, we work alongside them.
