How the platform works

Will it alert on every passing animal?

The system is tuned to people, and thresholds, areas and timings are adjusted on your own footage during commissioning. The goal is alerts you trust rather than alerts you mute.

Can it use the cameras I already have?

Usually, if they are IP or RTSP cameras in serviceable condition. We check compatibility free and tell you plainly which views cannot support reliable detection.

What happens at 3 AM when nobody is awake?

Beyond the notification, the property can act: a voice warning from the speaker in that area, the floodlight switching on, and a siren where it is installed and permitted.

Does my footage go to a cloud service?

Video and AI processing can run locally on the appliance in your home. Connectivity is used to deliver alerts to your phone and, if you want it, remote support.
